The Suffolk Cooperative Library System, working with Stony Brook University's Director of iCREATE is coordinating this joint effort to 3D print the headband portion of hospital face shields. 3D printers from Suffolk County public libraries have been set up in the Suffolk Cooperative Library System auditorium, where a triage of printers are set up as a "Print Farm" and will work around the clock to fulfill this shortage of equipment needed to protect our health care professionals.
